We’re back up and running with all our classes after the summer break, and it’s great to see all the old faces as well as lots of new students.
TKD Training can be tough (and achy) at first, but with perseverance the techniques will become second nature and we hope you’ll love training as much as we all do!
Just a reminder that most of the clubs are now closed for the summer break with the exception of training at Kingston Hill campus for the University students.
Normal classes resume as follows:
TASIS TKD – Sunday 8th September 3-4:30pm
Marlborough TKD – Tuesday 11th September 5-6pm & 6:15-7:15pm
TKD at The Hive (Barnet FC) – Wednesday 12th September 6:30 – 8:30pm
Believe it or not, the University term time is now over; so that means that our training regime changes slightly as we are now no longer training at Tiffin Sports Centre.
From Monday 13th May, we will be training at the Drama Studio at Kingston Hill from 7-9pm.
See you there!
Don’t forget the grading this Monday at the Kingston Uni club. Make sure you get to the club on time so we can get started as early as possible.
This Thursday at Tiffin Sports Centre is also the last class of the term (so soon – I can hardly believe it).
Watch this space for additional training information in the Kingston area.
It’s the last class at the Marlborough (Chelsea) today before the Easter holiday and Stag Lane’s last class is tomorrow. Kingston Uni TKD and TASIS have already finished. We’ll be back as follows:
Marlborough – Tuesday 16th April
Stag Lane – Wednesday 17th April
TASIS – Thursday 18th & Sunday 21st April.
Well done to everyone who competed at yesterday’s Chungdokwan GB National Championships in Bracknell. It was a long day but a good day and we came away narrowly missing out the 3rd place. There were a lot of improvements from the last competition. Keep up the good work guys! Medals update coming soon…
Massive thanks also go to our officials who spent most of the day refereeing and corner judging. They were excellent and received high praise from the Chief Referees, especially considering it was the first time for many of them to officiate.
You guys really made the competition!
The wait is nearly over…
Kingston University Taekwondo training starts back on Monday 21st at Tiffin Sports Centre at 7pm.
See you there!
There was a great turnout at the KUTKD Christmas dinner – in fact there was no space for any other customers! It was also great to see some faces from the not too distant past.
Kingston University training is back up in full swing. The new beginners are looking *good*, the returning students are looking *sharp* after the long summer break and now it’s time to focus on working towards the Grading. So watch this space for more info…
