We practice WTF Olympic style Taekwondo.

"There are a lot of martial arts clubs out there, so why should I choose Taekwondo, and why should I choose Master Lawrence as my instructor?"

Quite simply, if you're looking for a fun way to keep fit, if you are interested in learning self-defence, but don't fancy being turned into a robot, if you're keen to test your own ability against others or like the idea of practicing some amazing jumping spinning kicks - Taekwondo is for you!

Master Lawrence is one of the best, most experienced Martial Artists out there. There are loads of instructors who claim to have won this competition or that competition, but how many really have competed at the highest level? Master Lawrence was the first fighter outsider Korea to knock down a Korean in competition.

You'll find his name in the Taekwondo Kukkiwan hall of fame, the only British fighter to receive that acclaim - as a medallist for World and European championships, but besides that he is CRB checked and fully insured. Although, having a very strong background in competition, Master Lawrence believes strongly in practicing Taekwondo as a martial art, whereby the students learn the basic principles, discipline and philosophy. There is much more to Taekwondo than just sparring, and so if you want to know that you'll be safe in your class and won't get ripped off that's why you should choose Master Lawrence as your instructor.
